In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdtk71 website accessible at bdtk71.bet and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon completion of the registration process.
• "Player" means any adult individual aged 21 or above who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the BDT balance held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited amounts, credited bonuses, and accumulated winnings less any withdrawals and applicable fees.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules governing each individual casino game or sports betting market, as displayed within the relevant game interface or betting slip.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific conditions, including wagering requirements, attached to any promotional offer extended to a Player.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is self-excluded, is a resident of a jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited, or is an employee, contractor, or affiliate of bdtk71.

Access to and use of the Platform is permitted only to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously. You must be at least 21 years of age. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law. You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined above. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Verification of eligibility may be requested at any time. bdtk71 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership from any Player at any stage. Failure to supply satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bdtk71 may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents — constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bdtk71 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all bonus funds.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update it promptly if it changes.
• Your Account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or allow any other person to use your Account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• bdtk71 may close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
• Upon voluntary closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

bdtk71 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to availability.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the limits of the chosen payment method and any additional limits imposed by bdtk71.
• Deposits are credited to the Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bdtk71 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bdtk71 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bdtk71 reserves the right to apply a transaction fee to withdrawals in certain circumstances, which will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals requested before wagering requirements are met may result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of the balance.
• bdtk71 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal for the purpose of identity verification or fraud investigation. During such investigations, the relevant funds will be held pending resolution.

bdtk71 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and ICC tournaments. The availability, value, and conditions of each promotion are at the sole discretion of bdtk71.

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where specified) that must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual offer's Bonus Terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Bonus Terms, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds. Where both are present, the Platform will apply the applicable spending order.
• Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements may vary. Live casino and sports betting wagers may contribute at a different rate than slot wagers. Refer to each promotion's specific terms for contribution rates.
• bdtk71 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus offer, including retrospectively, if it reasonably suspects the offer has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of any other provision of these Terms.
• Winnings generated from free spins may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as stated in the relevant Bonus Terms.

All casino games available on bdtk71 are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. bdtk71 does not alter or override the rules of any third-party game.

• All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of each bet before confirming it. bdtk71 will not reverse confirmed bets on the grounds of user error unless a technical malfunction is established.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including disconnection during a live game round — bdtk71's system records are the definitive record of game outcomes and bet results. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, wagers for that round may be returned at bdtk71's discretion.
• bdtk71 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were the result of a manifest error, including pricing errors caused by technical faults.
• For sports betting, bdtk71 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, and limit maximum stakes on any event at its sole discretion, including in response to irregular betting patterns.
• The use of automated betting software, scripts, bots, or any other tool designed to place bets without direct human input is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

bdtk71 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and any conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform. The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using bdtk71 to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or multi-player formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the bdtk71 support team or other players.

Where bdtk71 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; voiding of all pending and recent bets; forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity; withholding of deposited funds pending investigation; referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. Reaching a loss limit will prevent further real-money wagering until the limit period resets or is adjusted.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications that appear after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a period of their choosing, from a minimum of 6 months up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the bdtk71 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of bdtk71 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of bdtk71.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk71 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical malfunction, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other loss resulting from reliance on the Platform or its content. bdtk71 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service outages caused by maintenance, third-party technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdtk71 implements SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

bdtk71 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify registered players via the email address on their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. In the event of platform-wide termination, bdtk71 will return verified real-money balances to Players via their registered payment methods within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of contract law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
